Communicative Disorders: Program Outline

Students should be aware that there is no professional employment licensure in communicative disorders at the bachelor's level.

During the first two years of school students majoring in Communicative Disorders typically work on general education and other non-Communicative Disorders classes and take the majority of their COMD classes during the junior and senior years. Prior to beginning the program, each student should meet with a departmental advisor to work out a specific academic plan, tailored to meet the individual student's needs.
